I have to say, I liked what I saw today. ?You have to feel better about the line combinations to start with. ?Kennedy looked very inspired, it feels like Fleury is getting his confidence back, I think Crosby will mesh just fine with Guerin and Kunitz and it seems like everyone is liking the new playing style. ?
It seems as though the Pens are heading in the right direction.
I was a bit worried for a while that all Guerin was going to do was shoot, don’t get me wrong, I think the Pens need to shoot more, but I think he shot 3 from out side the blue line in the first two periods. He settled in well.
