He manages the salary cap – has put together a good group of kids combined with a few vets to put a product on the ice that we all can be proud. In hindsight, his signing of Ruslan Fedotenko has to be at the top of the list because what Shero brought here is a player who had already shown his ability to perform in pressured situations. His 12 goals in Tampa run for the Stanley Cup and how he’s performed for us during the playoffs is the biggest story of this seasons Penguin run. His story kind of sits in the background. I’m selecting him as most likely to score the GWG. This guy is a big game player. -Boom (the GWG) you heard it here first.

I remember back in February/March when we were wondering if mathimatically we would make the playoffs. So how can it not be sweet to be in a game 7 against Detroit no doubt.

-Two years in a row to go to the Stanley Cup finals.
-Able to prove that if you knew then what you know now, maybe you could of taken them to a game 7 last year.
-Having Hossa question, whether he made the right decision.
-The chance to watch your favorite team and truly the two best players in hockey lift up the cup?
