(YINZERS got that Great Snowman thing, didn’t ya)
WOOHOO… but, we are only halfway to beating Hossa’s Red Wings. That’s the mission. The CUP.
Way to go Penguins!

LOL!! Yea, I guess I gotta case of the elimination blues… I’m trying to pick my way through that, make my way to the WooHoo train, and consume large quantities of JLPens famous (or is it infamous) Fugly Ugly Pale Ale… I know that I will feel no pain shortly after that…

Hook, the Washington Post links a post to Molinari’s column http://www.post-gazette.com/pg/09134/970139-61.stm under the title TRADITION so I’d say now it is a TRADITION. If it isn’t a TRADITION it’s the closest you can come to being one.
@ Stealth
Other than Naslund I find it hard think of any except during the fire sale where we gave away everyone. Craig Patrick’s failure was at the draft table not trades. Shero seems to have it altogher but I think that comes from the demeaner of Mario, Burkle, and even Shero not to take center stage. Just like Crosby only does with his play on the ice. This is a pretty focused team but we in Pittsburgh saw what we thought was our best team (119 points – President’s Trophy) go down the POOP-shoot in the 2nd round to the NY Islanders. None of these rounds are a given.

All teams let players go that either turn into stars after they have left, or are stars the team feels it can no longer afford… That’s the NHL… You don’t think the Pens have done that as well? LOL!!!!!
[Does anyone think Ovechkin will doing any knee on knee contact during their golf outing today? Maybe hurting Varlamov or Greene?]
Unlikely, but I can see you wishing for such an event… You appear to be a cold, callous, and grudge carrying individual… How sad for you…
