They need to stop taking dumb penalties also. What the hell was Martin doing? Rupp needed to control himself. Plowing everyone over in front of the net was great, hitting Malone while he was down was stupid.

I wouldn’t be surprised if the way the NHL dishes out suspensions that Kunitz gets five game, Downie nothing.

I agree. How in God’s name TWO refs could miss Ohlund’s cross-check and penalize Kovy I’ll never know. Then, on the ensuing power play, Lecavalier blatantly cross-checks Letang to the ice in the crease … and St. Louis scores. Incredible …

It’s a rare thing for a team to lose the special teams battle and win the series. By my unofficial count, I’ve got us at 0-15 on the power play, while the Bolts are 4-11 (36 percent). Ouch. I sure wish James Neal could score a goal or two. He does everything right except put the puck in the net …

The officiating of this series has gone from horrible to down right embarrasing. Can’t wait to see if the NHL hands down any suspensions.

Now the power play and the penalty kill are both not working. And we are still winning. Boucher has got to be scatchin his head.
Fleury played great. I didn’t notice while watching anything great by Letang, but numbers don’t lie.

It was nice to see us get a couple of goals early. However, we have to get better at stopping the Lightning on their PP. GO PENS!
