This was his big chance to prove himself without Crosby or Malkin in the lineup. He is still young though.

It looks like Shero for the most part has the main part of the lineup signed. I wouldn’t be surprised to see a bunch of guys signed in the next few days. Kennedy and Jeffrey for sure. If we keep the right guys and have a healthy team next year I see great things happenening. The Pens were first overall in the NHL for a while this year.
