beware the power of the mighty nuge. This kid has better hands than sid; he might even be smarter than sid. Crosby is physically stronger and (I think)a better skater – but nugent-hopkins impressed me tremendously watching him against a solid wild team; he makes things happen when he has the puck and you lean forward in your seat when he has the biscuit, too.

It looks like he’s going to be a lot better than I thought he would be; he is progressing at a dramatic rate.

Krundle,
I agree that Nugent-Hopkins fits the superstar status mold. The Oilers are quietly becoming a force in the west.
With other young and talented forwards,Eberle,Horcoff and Hemsky and a soild scoring veteran like Ryan Smyth they have put Nugent-Hopkins in a postion to succeed and rise to that status……

By the way ,what ever happenned to veteran writers STH35 and Reg Dunlop??
