He didn’t exactly shine on Jagr’s goal, either, although old No. 68 made a nice play.

I really like Despres and think someday (soon) he’ll be an integral part of the Pens’ d. But as much as I love his size and skating (he’s surprisingly physical, too) he takes a lot of chances when he’s on the ice. I’m not sure if that’s what the Penguins need right now …
