Poor Steve Moore. He didnt deserve what Bertuzzi did to him….thats should have been reserved for Matt Cooke….who wouldnt want to see that rat in a neckbrace? and perpetual claims court

All offense to all but he changed his way of play because his wife almost died. He had 8 penalties last season and 20 goals. Not to mention he has a Stanley cup ring. Don Cherry the most beloved man even stuck up for him. Now this won’t change any of your closed minded ways of thinking but this is the facts of him for the last 2 years.

Calm down dude, people are emotional as they should be, the reigning norris d-man sustains a season ending injury from Cooke who is as greasy as a chicken finger and saying they don’t deserve to watch the sport is just going to make them angrier. There is a friggin four minute long video of his cheapshots, he has ended careers of better players then himself his whole life and has expertly learned how to injure and make it look accidental. I’m not saying he did it but I can’t 100% rule it out.

Matt cooke needs to be used as an example of what dirty rotten players are! Do you people really not see Karlsson push into Cooke with his upper body throwing Cooke off balance before they both run into the boards and momentum takes over?? He’s leaning backwards and looking the other way, and this is intentional?? A lot of people are choosing what they want to see here.

Cooke is a toad, and the it could be on purpose but I don’t think it is. Both players were off balance and if it was intentional, Cooke would have put more force into it.(Waiting for hate messages from penguins fans)

I am a huge Sens fan and I think Matt Cooke is a dirty player BUT this was a hockey play, totally accidental. Cooke and Karlsson were jousting up high and it looks as though Cooke was trying to maintain his balance while driving Karlsson into the boards.

Much as I hate Matt Cooke, that was completely accidental. He was looking to pin Karlsson against the board while looking to his right for the puck that was coming around the boards.Godspeed to a quick return to the ice for Karlsson. Cooke will one day get what’s coming to him for all the dirty things he’s done over his career.

I agree, I mean this is really a serious injury, Matt Cooke should be banned for this. I just hope Karlsson have a full and speedy recovery.

If Cooke wasn’t trying to get his knee right behind Karlsson’s in an attempt to injure then his skate would’ve been on the ground and the injury wouldn’t have happened. How many more games need to be missed due to his dirty play before the league has enough of him?

Not intentional? We can’t know for sure, but the guy has a history. Search “Matt Cooke Cheapshotting History” in youtube. There’s a 4 min video with cheap shot after cheap shot.

If you think Cooke did this on purpose you either are a sens fan or you don’t know anything about hockey. Hockey experts who know 1000 times more hockey than you guys have analyzed this play and came to the conclusion that it was not intentional. If you think this was intentional start watching a different sport because you are a disgrace to hockey.
